How to make Black Paella?
Instructions:
1. Add 60 ml of olive oil (6 tablespoons) to the paella pan and heat over medium-low heat. For a personal touch, sauté some squid rings (not included).
2. Add the rice (360 g) and stir for 1-2 minutes.
3. Incorporate the dehydrated broth (50 g) and distribute evenly. Add 1.5 L of warm water (6 cups) and increase the heat to medium-high intensity.
4. Cook over medium-high heat for the first 10 minutes. Then, reduce the heat to medium-low intensity until the rice has absorbed all the liquid (approximately 10 more minutes).
