¿Cómo comer Pulpo a la Gallega?

Para realzar aún más su sabor, una vez que el pulpo esté en el plato, rocíalo con un pequeño chorrito aceite de oliva virgen extra, espolvorea un poco de Pimentón de la Vera y añade una pizca de sal gruesa. Para crear la experiencia perfecta de tapa española, acompáñalo con patatas hervidas o machacadas. Disfrútalo con una copa de vino blanco, preferiblemente Albariño.

Innovation in gastronomy is crucial for capturing new generations. His mission is to offer preserves of the highest quality, tailored to the most discerning palates.

They are staunch defenders of the quality of Galician preserves, so they only produce in the best factories in the Ría de Arousa area. They have a deep passion for the craft, for the people of the sea, for our estuaries, for our environment, and for our tradition. That's why they do things just as they've been taught generation after generation.
