DESCRIPTION
The extra virgin olive oil Reserva by Texturas is an oil made only with selected Morisca olives. The Reserva denomination comes about to the dedicated hand-picked selection of the olives at the best ripening state. This permits the production of a monovarietal Spanish extra virgin olive oil with very unique aroma and flavors characterized fruity notes at the front followed by a smooth body with balanced notes of bitterness and spiciness.
This EVOO is intense and well-balanced. With a dark green color and an aroma of green apple with a hint of bitter, velvety, and spicy flavor.
