At Ibérico Taste, we strive to provide a seamless and convenient shopping experience for our valued customers. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we handle shipping and associated costs:

Shipping Costs

Unless a promotion applies, shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. This cost will be calculated and presented to you during the checkout process based on your location and the weight or size of your order.

Please note that this shipping policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or update our shipping terms as needed.

Free Shipping on orders $250+ promotion

If the order exceeds $250, shipping will be free for the customer. This promotion only applies to non-perishable items and standard shipping.

Not valid for: 

  • Perishable items, marked at the product page with the snow flake icon.
  • Expedited shipping, such as USPS Priority and UPS Next Day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day services. If these services are desired, the cost will be entirely borne by the customer.
  • Orders where the weight-to-volume ratio results in an excessive shipping cost for Ibérico Taste.

Free Shipping Promotions

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. These promotions will be clearly communicated on our website or through our marketing channels. If your order qualifies for free shipping as part of a promotion, the shipping cost will be waived.

Shipping Methods

We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders. The available shipping methods will be displayed during the checkout process, and you can choose the one that best suits your needs.

Processing Time non-perishable items

Once your order is placed, we will strive to process and prepare it for shipping within 2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, there may be slight delays in processing times.

Processing Time perishable items

Orders with perishable items may be held until the following Monday to avoid weekend storage by the shipping carrier. It does not apply if the customer select expedite shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected and your location. This information will be provided to you during the checkout process, and it may vary for international orders.

Changes in the delivery address requested by the customer/Wrong address

Ibérico Taste is not responsible for the handling in the event that the customer requests a change in the delivery address once the package has been shipped. We will do our best to assist you, but we do not take responsibility in the event that the courier company cannot make such a change.
If the package is lost due to an incorrect address:

  1. The customer will be responsible for initiating all claims with the courier company. Ibérico Taste will provide support at all times, but will not be responsible for the process.
  2. The order will not be refunded under any circumstances by Ibérico Taste.
  3. If the package can be returned to Ibérico Taste and for this, the courier company must apply any additional charge for this return, the customer will be responsible for this charge. If the customer refuses to pay it, the package will not be returned to Ibérico Taste and will be considered lost due to incorrect address, therefore the amount will not be refunded (see point 2).

Order Tracking

We provide order tracking services for most shipments. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or through your account, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.
