Yes. We use thermal packaging and ice packs for perishable products, shipped with expedited services. Shipping of perishable items may be excluded from free shipping promotions based on minimum order value.

We ship all orders within 48 business hours.
For perishable items, we only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid weekend delays in non-refrigerated courier facilities.

Orders arrive in secure cardboard boxes. Perishables include cold packs. You’ll receive tracking info via e-mail once it ships.
