Return period

You have up to 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund.

Return Cost

The cost of the return will be borne by the customer, except in the case of returns due to quality issues or those previously authorized by the company.

Perishable Items

Perishable items cannot be returned due to a change of mind by the customer unless previously authorized by the company.

Product Condition

Unless the return is due to quality issues, the product must be in perfect condition, unopened, and in its original packaging. If the product has been opened or used, we will not be able to accept the return.


The refund will be issued once the return is received and the product's condition is verified, unless it is due to quality reasons.

How to return the items?

Step 1: contact us

Contact us through any of the contact methods we provide (see the "Contact us" section), informing us that you want to return a product and stating the reason.

Step 2: We may require photos

Take pictures (if required). If you are returning the product due to quality reasons, we will require you to take some photos documenting the reason for the return. This will help us better understand your issue and find a solution.

Step 3: Attach the label to the package and ship the return

Please package your return and send it to us following the instructions we will provide once you have contacted us.

Step 4: Refund

You will receive your refund within 3 days after we have checked the product upon receiving the return at our warehouse.
