Our Story: From Spain to the US
Hi! We're Guillermo and Milana, the couple behind Ibérico Taste.
Guillermo was born and raised in Seville, Spain, while Milana is originally from the Czech Republic but spent over a decade living in Spain, falling in love with its culture, traditions, and, of course, its incredible food.
Before starting Ibérico Taste, we both built our careers in the retail industry, where we developed a deep appreciation for quality products, exceptional producers, and the importance of putting customers first.
After moving to the United States in 2021, we experienced firsthand how difficult it could be to find some of the authentic Spanish products we loved. When an unexpected career change came our way, we saw an opportunity to turn our shared passion into something meaningful.
And that's how Ibérico Taste was born in Miami in 2023.
What started as a dream of bringing a little piece of Spain to America has grown into a family business serving food lovers across the country. Along the way, our family grew too, with the arrival of our son, Patrik, in November 2023.
Today, our mission remains the same: to discover exceptional producers, celebrate authentic Spanish food traditions, and share the flavors we genuinely love with people who appreciate great food as much as we do.
