The organic extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) Night by Nobleza del Sur is a fruity, sweet, and harmonious olive oil from Spain. It has complex in nuances with green tones, fruity notes, and aromas that evoke the plants that coexist in their olive grove.

This EVOO is considered a gourmet oil due to the careful attention given throughout its production process. The olives are harvested in October, and all procedures are environmentally friendly, making it an organic oil. 

To preserve all its properties, only a maximum of 4 hours pass from the time the fruit is harvested until the oil is extracted through cold pressing.
