"Fideuá" is a traditional seafood dish from the Mediterranean coast of Spain, especially from Catalonia and Valencia. This dish is similar to paella but uses short, thin noodles called "fideos" instead of rice. The noodles are cooked in a flavorful seafood broth and combined with a variety of seafood such as shrimp, squid, and mussels, along with garlic, tomatoes, and spices like saffron. Typically prepared in a wide, shallow pan, Fideuá is often served with a squeeze of lemon and a side of Aioli sauce.
