Our Paella Broth Aneto is made with 100% natural, top-quality ingredients following the traditional Spanish recipe, just as you would at home. Thanks to this production process, Aneto manages to preserve all the flavor of a 100% homemade broth.

For Paella Valenciana Broth, they sauté the tomatoes in extra virgin olive oil over very low heat. Season with rosemary and a touch of saffron. Then they add all the meat and vegetables to the sauté: rabbit, duck, snails, ferraúra, and butter beans, and cook these ingredients for over 2 hours over low heat and add our Chicken Broth. Ideal for meat Paellas.

Chicken Broth (85%): Water, Chicken (18%), Onion, Carrot, Cabbage, Leek, Celery, and Sea Salt. Sauté (15%): Rabbit, Duck, Tomato, Olive Oil, Butter Beans, Runner Beans, Snails, Turmeric, Saffron, and Rosemary.

Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate once opened.

For the elaboration of the chicken broth, they got an animal welfare certification. Products with this seal come from animals raised on farms where four basic principles of animal welfare are evaluated based on nutrition, housing, health, and behavior.

They place all the ingredients in stainless steel baskets and place them directly into 3,000-liter pots. Then, we fill the pots with cold water and add just the right amount of salt. We cook everything over low heat for more than three hours (two hours for the fish variety).
