Nuestros Mejillones en Escabeche de La Curiosa son una auténtica delicatessen española. Elaborados con mejillones premium procedentes de las mejores bateas de la famosa Ría de Arosa (Galicia, España), se seleccionan uno a uno manualmente. Una vez seleccionados, se fríen en aceite de oliva y se envasan a mano con cariño, uno por uno, para finalmente cubrirse con una exquisita salsa de escabeche casera hecha solo con ingredientes naturales: pimentón, pimienta negra, clavo y hojas de laurel, y nada más.

Estos mejillones enlatados son de tamaño mediano y tienen un sabor espectacular, con un escabeche sabroso y suave que te encantará.

¿Qué es el "Escabeche"?

Traducido al inglés, es "pickled sauce". Es una salsa tradicional española y un método de conservación y marinado de alimentos, típicamente pescado y mariscos, en una mezcla de vinagre, aceite y varios condimentos como hojas de laurel y pimentón. Este proceso no solo realza el sabor, sino que también extiende la vida útil de los alimentos.

Innovation in gastronomy is crucial for capturing new generations. His mission is to offer preserves of the highest quality, tailored to the most discerning palates.

They are staunch defenders of the quality of Galician preserves, so they only produce in the best factories in the Ría de Arousa area. They have a deep passion for the craft, for the people of the sea, for our estuaries, for our environment, and for our tradition. That's why they do things just as they've been taught generation after generation.

They continue to make their preserves with delicacies from the Galician estuaries and making their sauces following traditional recipes only with natural ingredients and no additives. Maintaining forgotten processes like the toasting of some fish.
