Our Tuna Loins in Jerez Sherry Wine sauce is an authentic gourmet delight. Made following the traditional recipe typical of the Cadiz region, a coastal city in southern Spain. For the preparation of this authentic food from Spain, we use top-quality tuna caught in the Strait of Gibraltar using traditional fishing methods that have been used for centuries in the town of Barbate, a small village in the area known in Spain for its fishing tradition.

The loins, one of the tenderest parts of the tuna, are separated, and then the sauce is homemade using some vegetables, prawns, olive oil, salt, and the prestigious Jerez Sherry Wine. The loin pieces are then added, resulting in a homemade, healthy, delicious dish ready to eat, an authentic treasure of the Spanish Tins.

How to eat Tuna Loins in Sherry wine?

SPECTACULAR!

I was searching for normal tuna, but when I saw this product, I didn't hesitate to order it, and I have to say it was a complete success... the flavor is unlike anything I've ever tried before! The touch of Jerez wine with the tuna and shrimp... next time, I'll order more!
