Boletus (Boletus edulis) (50%), shiitake mushroom (Lentinula edodes), beef broth, vegetable oil (olive), onion, rice, white wine, cream, garlic, salt, truffle (Tuber melanosporum) (0.1%), and antioxidant (ascorbic acid).
