Like the finest olive oils, this oil is cold extracted, with a maximum of 6 hours from harvesting the olives to extracting the oil, ensuring a product of the highest quality.
How to use this olive oil?
This gourmet EVOO is ideal for salads, grilled vegetables, or when preparing BBQs and baked fish. It is also delicious simply over Spanish cured meat platters (chorizo, salchichón…), aged cheeses and crusty bread.
