DESCRIPTION

The extra virgin olive oil Picual by Casas de Hualdo is an exquisite Spanish olive oil with an intense, persistent and complex flavor, full of green fresh aromas. It is rich in polyphenols; these antioxidants provide stability when cooking.

Like the finest olive oils, this oil is cold extracted, with a maximum of 6 hours from harvesting the olives to extracting the oil, ensuring a product of the highest quality.

How to use this olive oil?

This gourmet EVOO is ideal for salads, grilled vegetables, or when preparing BBQs and baked fish. It is also delicious simply over cured meat platters (chorizo, salami…), aged cheeses and crusty bread.
