Big Shrimps in Garlic Olive Oil

DESCRIPTION

We bring you one of the most typical dishes of Spanish gastronomy: shrimps in garlic sauce ("gambas al ajillo"). Crafted with 100% natural ingredients by Portomar, this gourmet preserve allows you to enjoy a traditional, healthy, and delicious dish without the need to cook. 

The shrimps are large, bathed in olive oil infused with garlic and a touch of spiciness (not too much), provided by cayenne peppers, a type of chili typical in Spanish cuisine. Simply heat it in a pan (optional) and serve it in a terracotta casserole for a truly authentic Spanish experience. We recommend dipping bread into the sauce!
