Production
The olives are handpicked at the beginning of each harvest season. Originating from traditional rain-fed farming, these oils are made from Manzanilla cacereña olives. The selected fruits for these oils are handpicked one by one using the "milking" method at the start of each harvest season. This combination of the perfect variety, Manzanilla Cacereña, and the manual harvesting at the ideal time, gives this cold pressed olive oil its perfect organoleptic and chemical characteristics, and a unique and unrepeatable flavor.
How to use this olive oil?
Magnificent raw with bread, in sauces, and emulsions like mayonnaise; it adds elegance to salads, fish, vegetables, and spoon dishes. Due to its aroma, it is the perfect companion to finish dishes and can surprise in desserts and fruits in emulsions and macerations.
