DESCRIPTION

The Ines Rosales Tortas are a classic among Spanish candies. Made with natural ingredients and extra virgin olive oil, its preparation has remained the same since its creation in 1910.

Each Torta is kneaded by expert hands manually, so no two cakes are exactly alike. After kneading, they are baked and then move to the packaging phase, where they are individually wrapped in their characteristic wax paper, all done manually.
