They are staunch defenders of the quality of Galician preserves, so they only produce in the best factories in the Ría de Arousa area. They have a deep passion for the craft, for the people of the sea, for our estuaries, for our environment, and for our tradition. They continue to make their preserves with delicacies from the Galician estuaries and making their sauces following traditional recipes only with natural ingredients and no additives. Maintaining forgotten processes like the toasting of some fish.
