Our Romesco Sauce by Rosara is a traditional Spanish sauce made following the traditional recipe based on dried peppers, olive oil, vinegar, almonds, and a few secret ingredients that make this sauce one of Rosara's specialties.

They start by soaking the dried peppers in warm water until they soften. Then blend the peppers with toasted almonds, olive oil, vinegar, and a blend of spices until smooth.

This sauce is known for its surprising crunchy texture from the toasted almonds, its sweet flavor with a hint of vinegar and spices, and its clear, sweet almond finish.


How to use Romesco Sauce?

It has traditionally been used to add to vegetables, especially asparagus. However, it is a very versatile sauce that also pairs perfectly with any meat or grilled fish.

Water, olive oil (26%), almonds (12%), dried "choricero" peppers (10%), tomato (9%), rice, onion, Sherry vinegar, salt, Moscatel wine, vegetable oil (sunflower), sugar, spices, green bell pepper, garlic, and antioxidant (ascorbic acid).


Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening.
