How to use the Natural Fish Aneto?

For the elaboration, they use: 1 liter of Water, 1 head of Scorpionfish and Hake (26%), Cod (5%), 1/2 Tomato, 1/2 Onion, 1 Carrot, 1 sprig of Fennel, 1/4 Leek, 1 stalk of Celery, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1/4 Garlic clove, Sea Salt.
