It is a semi mature, made with sheep's milk and ripened at an altitude of 1,200 m with 2% of authentic local saffron, which gives an amazing different taste, with light and smooth flavors and a subtle hint of sweetness with a saffron taste.

How to pair Cheese with Saffron

It is perfect for adding to polenta or risotto, or serving as it is with some crackers like Picos Camperos or bread and a good glass of Rioja Red Wine.
