Delicious Salmon Pearls made with the finest Norwegian salmon, with a soft, smoky, and slightly sweet flavor, and similar taste to the authentic salmon caviar.
These delicate spheres are a highly versatile product that will add a gourmet touch to virtually any dish. Create delicious canapés by placing salmon pearls on top, or mix it with mayonnaise to make an exquisite sauce with a hint of fish. We suggest making a salad with tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, sherry vinegar, and mackerel in olive oil, and then topping it with some salmon pearls. Another delicious combination is spreading any of our seafood pâtés on our bread slices and adding some pearls on top. We’ve tried it and it’s delicious!
