How to make chocolate sauce for churros?

  1. Heat the milk
  2. When warm, add two full tablespoons per cup (50g) for each 150 ml of milk
  3. Stir over a low heat and just before boiling, remove from the heat
  4. Leave to settle for a few minutes before serving
  5. You can keep it in the fridge and heat it up again at any time
