Throughout this process, the potatoes are fried for an optimal duration while being carefully stirred by hand to maintain consistency and ensure top quality. This step allows any excess oil to drain, preparing the potatoes for seasoning. Once fried, the potatoes are seasoned with just the right amount of salt, enhancing their delicious taste.
