El Almendro Turron Duro

DESCRIPTION

The El Almendro Turron Duro is elaborated with a very high percentage of toasted almonds. These supreme quality turrones are the result of mixing the exquisit almond with caramel (honey and sugar), to which egg white is added to get the characteristic white colour.

The Turron "Duro" can be translated to English as "Hard Nougat". This is because, unlike other nougats, this one is harder due to its high percentage of whole almonds without grinding, which makes it harder to break.
