A must-have among your collection of tins at home if you love Piquillo peppers. Our Piquillo Peppers Stuffed with Hake and Shrimps is a traditional Spanish dish made with natural ingredients. 

Rosara selects the finest Piquillo Peppers and roast them over beechwood fire. They peel them without water to preserve their flavor, then fill them with a delicate béchamel of hake and prawns in a delicious homemade Spanish sauce. It's a painstaking process with a delightful and healthy outcome: just 1.8% fat, low in salt (0.19g per 100g of product), and gluten-free.

Piquillo peppers (23%), water, fish broth (water and eel), onion, tomato, hake (6%), vegetable oil (sunflower), rice flour, prawns (2%), leeks, carrots, rice, salt, garlic, spices.


These stuffed peppers are delicate; it's recommended to open the can, remove the peppers one by one with a spoon, and then pour the sauce over them. For heating, the best methods are in a water bath (before opening the container), in the oven at a medium temperature, or in a pot over low heat. 

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep refrigerated after opening.
