For the preparation of this authentic food from Spain, we use top-quality tuna caught in the Strait of Gibraltar using traditional fishing methods that have been used for centuries in the town of Barbate, a small village in the area known in Spain for its fishing tradition.
The loins, one of the tenderest parts of the tuna, are separated, and then the sauce is homemade using some vegetables, prawns, olive oil, salt, and the prestigious Jerez Sherry Wine. The loin pieces are then added, resulting in a homemade, healthy, delicious dish ready to eat, an authentic treasure of the Spanish Tins.

How to eat Tuna Loins in Sherry wine?
Ready to eat. Serve it at room temperature or heat it in the microwave for 1 minute. Pair it with good bread and, of course, a glass of white wine, especially if it's a Sherry!
