How to eat Gulas al Ajillo?
To prepare it, simply add the Gulas to a pan and cook over low heat for a couple of minutes. You can add some shrimp, a bit of fresh garlic, and a little cayenne or chili to the pan along with the gulas if you want to give it a spicy touch. You can make a scramble by adding eggs. Pair it with bread or Spanish crackers.
