Ibérico pork, salt, seasoning (dextrin, dextrose), seasoning (salt, sugar, trisodium citrate, sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate, sodium ascorbate), nutmeg, black pepper, white pepper. Beef collagen casing.

Store in a cool, dry place. Harmless white mold on the exterior may occur and it is completely safe to eat. It can be wiped off using a cloth and some olive oil.

From La Alberca (Salamanca), Spain
