Our Big Mejillones en Escabeche are an authentic Spanish delicatessen, awarded in the TOP 10 of the best canned products in the world in Seafood category. 

The mussels come from the best producing areas located in the Ría de Arosa (Galicia), a region known worldwide for having some of the best seafood in the world, and are protected by the Designation of Origin "Mexillón de Galicia".

Placement and packaging are done manually by skilled hands to ensure the best presentation, selecting each piece according to its size. They are quickly fried in olive oil and coated with a traditional and savory escabeche sauce made with natural paprika, black pepper, cloves, and bay leaves.
