Unit price perDESCRIPTION
The Artichokes Stuffed with Seafood is one of Rosara's most celebrated and delicious dishes. Handcrafted using natural ingredients, for the elaboration they hand-pick the best artichoke hearts and fill them with a seafood-based béchamel (shrimp and langoustines). They finish the dish with a delicious sauce made with seafood (langoustines, shrimp, and red prawn) and fish fumet with vegetables.
The flavor is savory yet balanced, without acidity, it doesn't taste "canned", it's just like freshly made. Additionally, it's very healthy: low in fat (1.5%), low in salt (only 0.22 grams per 100 grams of product), and gluten-free.
How to eat Artichokes with Seafood?
They can be served with clams, cockles, prawns, or grilled shrimp, alongside a bed of white rice or pieces of cooked seafood.

USE & CARE
These artichokes are very tender, so we kindly ask to handle them with care. It is recommended to remove them one by one with a spoon and place them on a tray or casserole dish, then pour the sauce over them. The best way to prepare them is by heating them in the oven at medium temperature or in a pot over low heat, without stirring with a spoon that would break the product.
Store in a cool, dry place. Keep refrigerated after opening.
