Our Seafood Paella Broth Aneto is made with 100% natural, top-quality ingredients following the traditional Spanish recipe, just as you would at home. Thanks to this production process, Aneto manages to preserve all the flavor of a 100% homemade broth.
The Seafood Paella Broth is made following the traditional Spanish recipe. They sauté onions, tomatoes, and garlic in extra virgin olive oil over very low heat. Then, they season with paprika and a touch of saffron, and add all the seafood and rock fish to the sauté, and continue cooking gently for over 2 hours, gradually adding our Fish Broth.

Seafood Paella: Fish Broth (85%): Water, Monkfish (10%), Rock Fish (3%) (Conger, Gurnard, Ribbonfish), Cod (2%), Carrot, Celery, Fennel, and Sea Salt. Seafood Sauté (15%): Tomato, Onion, Olive Oil, Seafood (8%) (Crab, Mussels, Shrimp), Leek, Garlic, Paprika, and Saffron.
Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate once opened.
