Los Peperetes began its journey in the early 1990s when Jesús Lorenzo, a descendant of the first Galician canning pioneers, and his wife Ma Antonia Paz, an exceptional cook, took the first step in an exciting endeavor that would lead the Lorenzo Paz family to create Los Peperetes.

The sole purpose of this journey was to establish an exclusive brand of preserves of the highest quality, where the origin of the raw materials and every detail of the production process were meticulously cared for, just as it was done in the past.

The meticulous production process at Los Peperetes starts with the careful selection of the finest fish and seafood from the Galician Rías, sourced from the best fish markets. Once the raw materials arrive at our workshop, they undergo a delicate handling process—an essential step that, thanks to our limited production, we carry out slowly and methodically, giving each product the respect and time it deserves.

Next, the products are coated with our exclusive sauces, made solely with natural ingredients sourced from local producers.

Finally, every Los Peperetes preserve undergoes rigorous quality control to ensure that each tin meets the highest standards of excellence.
