How to eat this Spanish tin?

It's incredibly tasty and hard to resist eating straight from the tin. However, for an even better experience, warm the spices in this blend a bit. Try pouring the entire tin over a bowl of warm rice—you'll be delighted with the flavor, we promise. It pairs perfectly with crusty bread or some Spanish crackers, such as Picos Camperos.

We use only the finest fare, caught during the season when they are at their best and at the optimum point for canning. Canning is done by hand, carefully sizing and manually placing each piece in the tin. We maintain forgotten processes such as toasting some fish, and use only top-quality ingredients from the local market for our preparations, cooked like at home by expert hands.

At Real Conservera, success lies with the people, our team. The passion for well-done things is the working methodology of every member of our company who, in the historic town of Cambados, enters the plant every day to care for their product and brand. And it's not an easy job, because they craft with their hands, manually eviscerating, packing each piece one by one, and cooking recipes with toppings or sauces with all the precision and love.
