The cheese is produced in the farmhouse "Dehesa Dos Hermanas", a farm located on a 1,500-hectare estate in Santa Bárbara de Casa (Huelva), the largest farm in Europe that has been active for several decades. Here, the entire "production cycle" takes place, from planting a seed to producing one of the best sheep cheeses in Andalucia and the world.
Another secret to this outstanding cheese is the meticulous care taken in the production process.
